We've worked tirelessly, as a 100% volunteer organization, to ensure that every child has the chance to participate in sports, arts, music, and educational programs – regardless of their family's financial situation. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to explore their talents, build their skills, and discover their passions.

WHY VOLUNTEER...
JOIN ONE OF OUR COMMITTEES
Volunteers are the heart and soul of MVPSOS. We would not be where we are today without our committed volunteers. Please think about helping out the kids of our community. Some of these children, who need our help, may be your child’s classmate or even your neighbor. You can help out at one event or join one of the committees. We always need volunteers in order to make MVPSOS successful!

OUR MISSION...
MVPSOS Mission Statement
At MVPSOS, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to dream, explore, and thrive—regardless of financial circumstances. As a 100% volunteer-driven non-profit, our mission is to provide funding for New Milford children in need, ensuring they can participate in school-related and after-school sports, arts, music, and educational programs.
We are committed to creating an equal playing field where no child is left behind due to financial hardship. By supporting their passions—whether on the field, in the classroom, on stage, or in the studio—we help children build confidence, develop skills, and form lifelong connections.
With all profits directly supporting families in need, we strive to make New Milford a community where every child has the chance to pursue their interests and achieve their goals. Together, we can invest in their futures and keep their dreams alive.
Currently, we support the towns of Bridgewater, Kent, New Milford, Roxbury, Sherman, Warren, and Washington.
