For two decades, we've been that bridge, enabling children to join teams, attend enriching trips, participate in vital after-school activities, and develop their creative abilities.  We've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of these opportunities – the confidence gained, the friendships forged, and the dreams realized.

But today, we face an unprecedented crisis.  Our recent fundraiser fell short, leaving us in a precarious financial position.  Without additional support, we will be unable to continue funding these vital programs beyond 2025.  This is a heartbreaking prospect for the many children who rely on our assistance.

The truth is the community that we’ve so faithfully served for 20 years is now facing a critical choice.  We have a shared responsibility to ensure that financial circumstances don't dictate a child's potential.  The lack of support we’ve recently experienced has put a critical service at risk.

We are reaching out to you, our community, with an urgent plea for help.  Every dollar donated will go directly to support New Milford children  — 95% of your contribution will fund a child’s participation in a program that could change their life.  Consider the impact of your generosity:

$25 could provide a child with the necessary equipment to join a sports team.

$50 could help a student attend a crucial educational field trip.

MVPSOS’s application requests are outpacing our funds.  The organization has more applications coming in each week for children who need financial help to participate in activities. Activities they are passionate about! We need your help now!  Many New Milford children would not have access to these positive afterschool activities without your donations. Parents often are forced to make tough decisions between getting their children involved or paying bills.
